About the Attorney
Pam Witte founded Athena Law following a string of accomplishments as an in-house insurance attorney. Routinely as corporate counsel, Pam doggedly advocated for the fair treatment of all claimants. She rooted out bad practices and decisions and never stayed in her lane. Despite her successes, Pam felt unfulfilled as in-house counsel, so she decided to pursue a practice dedicated to fair play and just outcomes.
Because of her experience working as a licensed insurance agent and underwriter, Pam has a breadth and depth of insurance knowledge rarely found among lawyers. She understands coverage and how insurers operate, and she has an impressive record from her time in the industry.
Born, raised, and educated in Arizona (ASU '08 and '14), Pam loves her community and the very special Sonoran desert it occupies. She serves on the board of directors for STARS, a Scottsdale-based nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through work opportunities.
Pam has been a certified SCUBA diver for 25 years and enjoys being in and around nature, especially when traveling. She lives in Phoenix with her husband of 11 years, their 7-year-old daughter, and two cats.
